Shipping
Please allow 10-14 business days for order processing and shipping. Once your order is shipped and with the courier, you will receive an “Order Shipped” email from us. Once with the courier, if it is delayed in anyway, it is up to the courier to correct any issues. If we, at Elizabeth Andrew, LLC , delayed your product getting to the courier, we will offer free shipping on your next order for the inconvenience.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Refund and exchanges are accepted upon review by the Elizabeth Andrew, LLC team. Refunds will be given as store credit.
Elizabeth Andrew, LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping while it is with the courier. The recipient(s) mishandling the product including but not limited to throwing, stepping on, any act that would cause the product to break Elizabeth Andrew, LLC is not responsible for. The jewelry is polymer clay and though it is hardened clay it is still fragile when under pressure and/or force that would break the bond. The wood products, while stronger, can be damaged if the recipient is still misusing it. If any of our products are misused by the recipient(s), we will not refund or exchange. When submitting a claim on our Contact Us page, you must submit pictures and detailed description of the damage(s) to the product(s) and how it happened. Refunds and exchanges are subject to review of the Elizabeth Andrew, LLC team. Refunds will be given as store credit.
Depending on your piercing-how it was done, location on the ear lobe, and whether or not you have worn heavy earrings or gauges in the past-will determine how the earring sits on/dangles from your ear. Elizabeth Andrew, LLC is not responsible for issues regarding how the jewelry sits on/dangles from your ear. Please choose styles that will work best for you.
